We'll be celebrating long-form journalism, with two esteemed contributors, Sophie Elmhirst and Jonathan Nunn, in conversation with The Guardian Long Read editor, David Wolf.


Join us on Wednesday 15th April 2026 at BookBar Chelsea. The bar will open at 6:45pm with the conversation starting at 7:15pm.


About The Guardian Long Read

Established in 2014, The Guardian Long Read was created to champion long form journalism. Featuring pieces ranging from 'The secret plan for the days after the Queen’s death' to 'How one man survived alone in the wilderness for 27 years' and journalists including Tobias Jones, Tahmima Anam, Bee Wilson and Gary Younge, the Long Read has explored subjects from science to sport, food to fascism.
