Winner of the 2025 Booker Prize, David Szalay, joins Monica Heisey in conversation to discuss the novel that won this most auspicious literary prize, Flesh.
Flesh is a novel about class, ambition, privilege, masculinity that has shaped bookish conversation over the past year. A pacy Bildungsroman, spanning decades and travelling from Hungary to London, we can't wait to hear David discuss the process of writing Flesh and the aftermath of winning the Booker, alongside author and screenwriter Monica Heisey.
