BookBar Sessions: C Pam Zhang

£25.00Price

Join C Pam Zhang in conversation with Caleb Azumah Nelson to discuss her novel Land of Milk and Honey at BookBar on Tuesday 10th October at 7pm.

From the author of Booker-longlisted How Much of These Hills is Gold comes one of BookBar's favourite novels of the year. In a world consumed by a smog that has led to the collapse of biodiversity, a talented cook is invited to be the private chef for a billionaire in a remote community in Italy's alps. An utterly brilliant novel that taps into our world's growing class divisions.

C Pam Zhang is the author of How Much of These Hills Is Gold and the forthcoming Land of Milk and Honey. She is the winner of the Academy of Arts and Letters Rosenthal Award and the Asian/Pacific Award for Literature, a Booker Prize nominee, and a finalist for numerous other prizes, including the the PEN/Hemingway Award and the Center for Fiction First Novel Prize. Zhang’s writing appears in Best American Short Stories, The Cut, The New Yorker, and The New York Times. She is a National Book Foundation 5 Under 35 Honoree and a current New York Public Library Cullman Fellow.
